The columns @34 seconds in that support the decorative balconies disrupt the flow. The architect should've used structural steel to eliminate the need for the columns. There's so much wasted space in this house, and if a disabled person tried to get to the front door from the street, the owner would have a lawsuit on his or her hands.

I live in the neighborhood. The consensus is this house looks like a $1,399,000 cinder block. The house is cold appearing and in desperate need of some architectural trim (shutters, etc) to warm it up.

My children's swing set brings back many a happy memory of my children swinging and singing!
